Face

The most common hair growth is on the upper lip and chin, but there may also be excess hair on cheeks, neck, whiskers, etc.

In principle, all parts of the face can be treated except the lower part of the eyebrows and the top of the cheekbone. This is the eye socket, which must be protected.

In the summer when the sun is strong, it is important to protect this area well by applying sunblock and staying out of the sun as much as possible.

Sensitif offers an excellent sunblock cream at a reasonable price. It has been developed by the Amsterdam Medical Centre’s institute for skin pigmentation. It spreads easily without leaving a white sheen.

If you dislike applying cream, you could opt to start laser hair removal treatment in the autumn.

If you have good additional health insurance, hair removal from all parts of the face will be reimbursed by the health insurer.
