The method
Sensitif uses the ultra modern LightSheer diode laser. This laser equipment was designed especially for efficiently removing unwanted hair. The medical laser produces a powerful, very pure beam of light.
Sensitif's safe LightSheer laser transmits at a regular 800 nanometer pulse width. Thus the laser tuning can be precisely defined to establish the exact depth and location of the hair follicle. The chilled tip of the handpiece is designed to protect the skin before, during and after each pulse.
The energy of this beam is absorbed by the hair pigment and destroys the hair follicle. In each laser treatment all follicles are simultaneously destroyed during their growth phase.
There have been extensive clinical studies into the LightSheer diode laser, with satisfying results. Both with regard to safety and efficiency. This laser is therefore used all over the world by hospitals, clinics and beauty centres.
The LightSheer diode laser is the only laser approved by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a method for permanent hair reduction for all skin types.
